Visitor Notification

During this time of heightened security at the WRC, visitors (and anyone without valid NOAA ID) are being subjected to increased scrutiny. By informing the Security Office in advance of the arrival of visitors, you can reduce their waiting time at the main gate and at the lobbies of the buildings.

To streamline the check-in process for visitors, fill-out the web-based form below. An e-mail will be sent to the guards. Please do this preferably a day in advance.

Visitors coming to the WRC before 8:00 A.M. and after 4:00 P.M. will be issued a visitor badge from the guard at the main gate once the on site point of contact is verified and contacted. The point of contact needs to be available to open the door of their building for their visitor.

Guards are posted in buildings 1, 3 and 4 from 8:00 A.M. through 4:00 P.M. When a visitor arrives at the lobby of buildings 1, 3 or 4 the guard will contact the point of contact and he/she will need to meet their visitor(s) at the guard desk.
