Conference Room Reservations

Reservation of the WRC auditorium and other conference rooms should be completed no later than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled event. To reserve a room please fill out the CONFERENCE ROOM REQUEST FORM and email the request to WRC.ConferenceRooms@noaa.gov.

Conference rooms can be reserved by federal government organizations, state and local government organizations, and non-profit organizations recognized by the state of Washington, as such, and possessing a state of Washington non-profit registration number.

Weekend and evening conference room scheduling will be allowed only for NOAA & Department of Commerce organizations.

Groups using the conference facilities will park in the areas allocated to them (on the access road to the old Sand Point tower) located South of the conference facility.

Groups larger than 25 people that are using the conference facilities will schedule their lunch break at 12:30pm to avoid congestion and inconvenience to both NOAA/WRC personnel & visitors.

No firearms or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the WRC site.

No contests or musical activities will be allowed in the conference rooms
